★★★★★ This place has been under new management for at least the past two years. I understand the bad reviews but they r also old so they are referring to the old management which really was a disaster! However since the new owners, I have seen enormous changes in the speed of your order being prepared and taste. I have tried so many of their dishes and each has been a delight, only exception being Biryani. Bihari kababs, rolls, burgers, chicken legs are all amazing but their Zinger and Nihari is the best. ★★★★★ I have been to this place a few times and have had a great experience each time. I catered about 50 pieces of chicken for an iftaar and people kept asking "Where is this delicious chicken from?" It was definitely the star of the night. I have also tried their delicious zinger chicken sandwich. Very flavourful and good portion size. ★★☆☆☆ The only good thing this place has going for it is that they're open till 2 am on weekends and open late generally. Their food is substandard quality and their naans frozen. Their burgers (chicken and beef) contain frozen commercial patties. The Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich is a knockoff of the popular Philly Cheese Steak Sandwich which used to be served at the now defunct Karachi Boy restaurant. It is greasy and does not taste half as good as the real thing. But my biggest disappointment of all. Their Afghan platter is no where near Afghan. The poster advertises sauteed onions and tomatoes yet what you get is a sad looking chopped onions and tomatoes that have been nowhere near a pan. When i complained to the person at the counter he was too busy making money to properly address my concern. His only reply was theyre fresh vegetables. Their service was down right embarrassing, most of the food served seems like it's frozen food plus like I said before service was awful, they took ages to make a steak sandwich and finally when they got to making one for me they said that they didn't have the right kind of cheese or the right kind of bread they usually serve it on and it was evening time! Cant even give them teh benefit of the doubt that okay it was close to closing so they might have runn out....and they weren't even apologetic about it if they dealt with this nicely I wouldn't mind but it felt like they didn't even care.... ★★★★★ One of the best grilled beef burgers I've had, the burger was tender, juicy, spicy and was grilled to perfection. Also had the chicken wrap which was unique, because they serve it in a paratha wrap. The chicken biryani looked pretty good as well. Only thing is the place was a bit run down, but I forgot all about that once I started to eat, so if you can look past that you'll enjoy it. All round an amazing fast food joint, ignore the bad reviews here cuz they have no idea what they're talking about. Just go here for the food nothing else and you'll be happy. And believe me if there is one person in this world that has had a lot of food it is me. The prices are Insanly AMAZZIINNG!!!!! The food, if possible, is even Better.. It is the one place in the one Restaurant in Ontario where you can go and get breakfast, dinner, lunch, snack. Next time you go on a long drive, honestly all you have to do is grab a few burgers, rolls or anything else. Then the rest of your trip will be heaven. And the service is amazing, i mean anyone that goes there know how busy it is, and besides All ThAT. they still manage to feed us. It opens Late, Plus, what other restaurant in Ontariio or even Canada has an all day breakfast. So anyone who enjoys THE BEST quality food available yet wants to leave with money left in their pocket. THERE IS NOO BETTER RESTAURANT . May allah bless the people that opened Second grill!!!!!!! ★★★★★ Have been to Second Grill many times. Everytime I go there, its just for their Burgers and chicken paratha, which are mouth watering. The price for the combo is unbelievably low. The halwa puri chaana breakfast is awesome too. Again I go there with minimal expectations for service and atmosphere. ★★★☆☆ This place is now called "Second Grill". The service was pretty slow (took them approx. 30 min. to prepare 3 burgers, 1 poutine, 1 fries, 5 chicken strips and 1 mango shake). ★☆☆☆☆ I turely do not mean to be rude but this was a very disappointing experience for my friends and myself. We went for falooda, what we got was a shockingly tiny cup filled with pink ice cream ( this was unbelievable!!!!). Im sorry but if your opened to serve the public, you need to be reasonable and fair. That was totally unfair. When you order fries, don't expect it alot. The customer service was terrible, people who came after me were served before me (possibly because they spoke better urdu than myself :S). it was very slow service. If you go to this restaurant, expect to be disappointed. I truely am giving an honest opinion and would never diliberately be rude for no reason.
