★☆☆☆☆ Very poorly run restaurant / Sheesha Lounge. My wife and I couldn't get a seat. Not because it was busy, but because the waiter was somewhere and couldn't be found. After 15 min of waiting, we received a seat, beside an ATM machine in the dining area. The food was decent, but overall a poor experience. I wouldn't eat here again. Posted on May 3, 2018

★★★★☆ Went here recently with a friend and was surprised how busy it was on a Sunday night (perhaps Spring Break?). We had to wait at least 15 minutes for a table, but we ended up with a pretty good spot near the projection screen where they were showing the game. We tried the Spartan Shisha (blue mist mix) as well as the grape-mint. Both were good, although didnt seem to last very long (in terms of flavor). We also had some snack foods like nachos (very good), jalapeno poppers (good) and garlic bread (also good). Service was friendly and pretty good considering how busy the place was. They have these "call buttons" at each table where you can press for service. We tried it once, but it didnt seem to work properly. ★★★★★ Honestly one of the best sheesha bars I've seen in mississauga by far. I had went with couple of my buddies last week and tried there blue mist and mint sheesha I think it was called the Spartan..... honestly AMAZING!!! Also the ambience is spectacular. Service was great as well they have very friendly staff. Ohh and there chocolate soufflé is AMAZING i was actually surprised that a sheesha bar actually sells a dessert like that. ★★★★★ i never knew that this restaurant had changed to a sheesha lounge until i actually arrived at the location....it used to be zaytoun grill but i was so surprised how beautiful the placed looked.... when I entered i was greeted my a young gentlemen asking me how many people were with me.... when i was seated he explained that this used to be zaytoun grill and that they had closed down but decided to open a sheesha bar which i found was an excellent choice.... he stated that he worked there before which i kind of figured because he did look like a familiar face...and the sheesha at HAZE WAS AMAZING! i had chosen the sparta or spartan which tasted sooo good...i didnt try any of the food but i will definitely go back and try it next time...GREAT SHEESHA BAR! ★★★★★ Went there for the first time on the day of the Grand Opening(didn't realize it was their Grand Opening till I was seated and was told by the server). I really liked the idea that they had a sampler menu for the night which included pretty much EVERYTHING from appetizers, main entrees to desserts and drinks. The presentation was great for all the items however my favorite was the chicken shawarma and the desserts! The chocolate souffle is to die for!! ★★★★★ Really cool venue...layout/decor of the place is on point. It's nice to be able to eat real (and really yummy) food while smoking shisha. It's new and refreshing... not like any of the other shisha places around. It's definitely a chill spot to hang with friends/family. While service is not the fastest, one can understand and appreciate the efforts the staff is making to get things right. I will definitely be going back to this place again. ★★★★★ This is the best sheesha lounge I've been to in YEARS! The moment I walked in, I was blown away by the beautiful, unique decor, the atmosphere was very warm and welcoming. Very friendly staff, very accommodating to our large party. They provided excellent, FAST, service. The sheesha was of great quality, real smooth flavour, not like the other cheap stuff served in the other sheesha lounges in Mississauga (I've visited all of them). the menu had a such a great variety of different flavours - the Portobello chicken is recommended for sure :). ★☆☆☆☆ I hate giving negative reviews but in this case I feel like I have to, since i had one of the worst experiences of my life!! I truly believe if they don't get their friends to leave a positive review on their page and give them 5* they would be getting Sh*** reviews from their REAL customers. the stuff including the owner are really rude, and certainly don't know how to deal with customers. my family and I were there for 30min before we were seated by an extremely rude and full of attitude female, and then took an hr before we ordered and were served. when complained the owner didn't seem to care at all. ★★★★★ Amazing place! I hosted a friend's birthday there last week and everyone had a great time! From the food to the ambiance, everything was great. The service was pretty great as well. I was expecting our food to arrive relatively late since it was a party of 18 but to my surprise it didn't take that long and the food arrived at the same time for everyone, which I find is a major plus point. ★★☆☆☆ The only thing good about this place was the decor! The service is horrible, clearly run by amateurs who have no experience running a restaurant. I was seated for 30 min before someone decided to take my order. After which it took another 45 for the food to arrive. For some odd reason the place has no heating, almost everyone was shivering and had to keep their jackets on. Through out my 2hr stay there I saw the owner kick out 2 groups of people. I kept asking for a glass of water but was never given any, when I finally did complain the owner decided to take the Shisha off the bill, a nice gesture on his part but I certainly won't be coming back. ★☆☆☆☆ Brothers and Sisters, please take my advice and do not waste your time and money. I have never written a negative review, I am writing this to help you avoid an Insulting and Embarrassing experience. I went in with my family and were treated poorly by the owner's wife. We asked for the desserts menu and were told that we had to order a full entree per person. We had already had our meals and just wanted to have some family time at the lounge. The lady serving us rudely told us to leave. I politely expressed my disappointment to the owner, instead of accomodating us he insulted us and actually asked us to leave, I have never ever been treated like that in front of my family at any business. ★☆☆☆☆ It was my friend's b'day and we decided to go have dinner and sheesha at Haze. At 10:30 the bouncer told us that their is a wait for 1 hour and half. We put our name down on the list for sheesha and ended up having dinner outside. We came back and the waitress who are filled with attitude told us that each person have to order food minimum of $15 and sheesha is separate. We explained that we already had food because of the wait and the waitress told us to either pay or leave. It was the worst experience ever. The owner came around and told us that we will make it an exception and then five mins later tells us to leave because they can't accommodate us and told us to never come back just because we were disappointed with their service and lack of communication between their own staff. I have never been so embarrassed in my life after recommending this place to my friends who I brought along. I would never go back or even recommend anyone to go there.
