★★★★★ This is a grocery store, and I think it's my favorite halal grocery store. It has more or less all the groceries I could want, and a restaurant, and a bakery (of desserts), and a bakery (of delicious Persian breads, like sangak and barbari). The sangak in particular is absolutely spectacular. I cannot recommend the sangak enough.
Moreover, the store is super clean and organized, and it doesn't sell alcohol. This is a huge point for me, as more and more halal grocery stores seem to be making the money grab of selling non-halal things.
I give the grocery store and bakeries each 5 stars. I give the restaurant 4 stars. The restaurant is good, and it's food is delicious. But, I would compare the restaurant to a Costco food court. Costco's pizza is great, but the Costco food court isn't a five star restaurant experience, and it isn't meant to be. Instead, it's a great place to pick up pizza or to have a quick bite while you're doing your shopping. Similarly, the Persian food at this restaurant is delicious, but again, the restaurant is in a grocery store. It's not meant to be five star restaurant experience. There are tables, but there is no service. This is a place I would recommend to pick up food (perhaps call in the order while you're shopping), but not as a destination or as a sit down restaurant. Still, for anyone in the area, I would definitely recommend this place. Posted on October 20, 2019 |

★★★★★ Love the Kabaabs , they are very authentic, juicy and tasty. Besides the crowd which delays the delivery of the food. I like everything in this place. Posted on April 1, 2019 |

★★★★★ This review is for the deli/restaurant inside the Mission Ranch Market or grocery store. They serve finger licking good Persian food. The kabobs, stews, rice dishes, appetizers are all very good. My favorites are Kabob Barg, Kabob Soltani, Adas Polo, Fesenjoon (chicken cooked in Pomegranate sauce with roasted Walnuts), Okra Stew and Eggplant Borani. The portions are very generous and their platters are enough for two people. To top everything off they have excellent Persian bakery where you can get some pastries, tarts and cakes as well as freshly baked Persian Naans and breads of all kinds. Posted on January 26, 2018 |
