Kabab-Je Rotisserie & Grille started in 2013 with a dream of bringing the true Mediterranean taste to the south. Started with two brothers who both have extensive knowledge and experience in the food industry. Yasser Sadek who has owned or part owned restaurants in the Charlotte community for the past 30 years. His brother Ali also a previous owner of a local restaurant in London, UK.
