★★★☆☆ I have shopped at this store for years and I have always been happy with the quality of meat. But recently I had to stop shopping there. My biggest complaint is I was never given an itemized recipt and I never knew what I was paying per pound for meat. In a recent trip I bought 2 chickens cut and cleaned and 4 lbs of groud beef a pack of 25 parata(7.99) and two shans (1$ each) My total was 34$ that means 2 chickens and 4 Lbs groud beef was $24$. Which would work out at around 5$ a chicken and 3.50 a pound for ground beef. This is just too rich for my budget. There are plenty of shops that are at least 1$ per pound cheeper. ★☆☆☆☆ Awful awful awful. Rude , exorbitantly expensive everything, and bad quality. The meat is bad AND expensive! And your order is never ready on time! I came to pick up and order for lean ground beef (placed hours earlier) and they only started making it when I came in and waited around. They charge extra for lean quality, but when I saw they were scraping fatty scraps off of bones rather than mincing solid pieces, I was very disappointed. The products are in tiny bags priced several times their worth. Posted on July 31, 2004
★★★★★ EXCELLENT!!!!!! The owner is very hard working and his meat has always been PERFECT and the best in the whole of atlanta area. I have been in Atlanta 30 years and I can say that this guy is the best Atlanta has ever had. Very sanitary conditions and very polite staff. Make sure to always give a tip to the meat cutter (atlhought it is not required). Tip will make the guy remember you and he will do an extra good job cutting the meat just as you want it or like it. ALL MUSLIMS SHOULD GO THERE!!!!!! I also know lots of non-muslims (hindus) who go there. Posted on October 2, 2003
