Palmsugar by Chef Gade brings authentic Thai food to Southern California. Kate uses spices and organic palm sugar direct from her native country to compose a variery of dishes that capture the fresh, bold taste of Thailand's famed street food. Chef Kate was Material Engineer for 6 years from Thailand and over a year Quality Assurance Engineer in USA. She own Northern Thai restaurant in Thailand while working as Engineer for her passionate side job. After working few more years in several Thai restaurant in USA to learn and gain experience so she decided to open her own kitchen in 2021.
