★★★☆☆ Good choices of foods ubfotunately most stores are also selling pork and other meats not halal. Look out for corn beef, rezet salami and bulgur köfte which even though all staff have said it's halal, it's not. My brother knows the manufacturer mr köfte u can check on facebook who does not use halal lamb (although if u give him the mince he can do it for you).
Also staff usually pay little attention to customers and gladly continue their phone calls and conversations with others while serving on tills. I've winessed this almost everytime in both Lewisham and Catford. Posted on October 17, 2009 |

★★★★☆ Turkish Food Centre (TFC) in dalston and other branches throughout London is great but there is one disappointing aspect with this supermarket is they still sell Alcohol in their stores. So not making it perfectly Halal supermarket. there are other Halal supermarkets in London which do not sell Alcohol. Such as Green Valley Supermarket on Edgware Road or Al-Abbas Supermarket on Uxbridge Road in Shepherd Bush or Damas Gate Supermarket which is also on Uxbridge Road in Shepherd Bush. If these supermarkets can sell everything without alcohol. So can TFC (Turkish Food Store). Inshallah they will change.
