★★★☆☆ This place is close to UM. Although I did not buy fresh cut halal meat, I did buy some frozen packaged items. Price was reasonable, however store did not appear as clean as it probably could be. I was in the area attending a conference and stopped here on my way home. ★★☆☆☆ I recently visited this store after reading the reviews-- to check it out for myself. I found the selection of frozen foods to be extensive and the staff to be friendly but the cleanliness of the meat counter and the quality of the meat to be not up to par. ★★☆☆☆ I would not recommend this Meat Market, I have gotten sick twice off of food from here. Also, once I bought some ground beef for Eid and it spoiled after being in the fridge for one day. I had to take it back and argue with the brother in order to exchange it. Posted on May 11, 2003
