★★☆☆☆ The customer service is in need of serious improvement or reorientation training. The kitchen staff is not mindful of families and children, as they openly speak amongst one another using foul profane language in front of customers. this type of curt frank brazen language can be offensive to customers with young children and accompanied by sisters and wives who observe hijab. also it is primarily fast food but they use heavy pressure tactics to leave tips and even though a nominal tip is \"pre-programmed\" into the payment system which they STRONGLY emphasize that you accept, that being said, they will use \"intimidating\" words to try to coerce you into leaving a larger tip, by stating things like \"feel free to change the tip to a higher amount\" etc...tip for what!? i thought i was at a fast food counter service establishment, and i am ordering a chicken sandwich and some french fries..nonetheless after leaving tip, my young daughter asked for a sweet dessert..so i asked for the dessert, and ONCE AGAIN!!! i was being pressured to leave a tip, because the counter person, just took 2 steps back and opened a little refrigerator and handed over a pudding cup to my daughter..with the foul language openly used and the high pressure tactics to almost force people to leave tips even for the smallest of orders, i would NOT return even though the food has a good taste for what it is, i just wish they would pay the staff a few dollars more so customers are not made to feel pressured into succumbing, as then one wonders why are they eating fast food!? for that total price!?..then i would rather take my family to dining room style restuarant...it is a shame the service is inferior to the superior food (compared to other halal fried chicken places) i am rating 2 stars for the poor customer service but the food is four stars compared to other halal friend chicken shops in Greater Orlando area.
