Fiji Market is an international market featuring a variety of products from the pacific islands. In January 2010, the store opened for business by the Nitin Tikaram and his family. Friends encouraged them in their pursuit to start a grocery outlet with Pacific Island product lines and a curry shop. The store is conveniently located behind the old Kahuku Sugar Mill on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. The famous Curry Kitchen features customized curry and freshly made roti, the best and most readily available of its kind on this side of the island. Currently the menu includes chicken, lamb, beef, shrimp, a vegetarian version, and a tangy tomato chutney with a choice of brown or white rice, cassava (tapioca) or roti (a Southeast Asian flatbread introduced here by Fiji Indian families).
