★★★★★ I have to say this is a gem of a place hidden of all in Hungary Spring Road. If you are hungry, you go to Noorani. The buffet is one heck a of a deal. What's more they give you 10% of if you are a student. I was visiting Richmond and was dying for some good spicy food and Noorani came to the rescue. The Chicken 65 is the bomb for me. The indo chinese is another home run. Most of all the folks who greet you are the sweetest. They always attend with a smile and are very accommodating. I think Richmond has a top quality restaurant. ★★★★☆ We were there on 22nd, this is my second time at this restaurant as we live in Baltimore. we ordered Bihari Kabob, Biryani and sheek kabob. Place is clean and server although busy were nice and contineously asking if we need any thing, I thing they need one more server. ★★☆☆☆ Overall it is a good place to dine but the standard of food varies a lot. The quality of food and food items also vary. I went there on Sunday (Jan 1st) and they were not able to keep up with the demand of the people eating Buffet. The 2 good dishes were empty. Upon complaining, the owner said that people are taking a lot of food and we cannot stop them. My argument is, if you cannot handle more than a cetain number of people, do not take more.
