Chef Sam’s passion for cooking was awakened at an early age while working with his Dad in their famous restaurant in Lebanon. In 2004 Sam emigrated to the United states to pursue his studies in culinary arts at Le Cordon Bleu. He worked in the most famous restaurant in Los Angeles for several years as an executive chef. In 2014, Chef Sam took another chance to advance in his career, this time to the world’s largest airline catering LSG Sky Chefs in San Jose, CA. He was an executive and menu design chef, making multiple presentations in different States. After having a successful professional journey, Chef Sam pursued his dream in opening his own Mediterranean restaurant in Fresno, CA.
