A halal certificate is clearly visible on the premises of this restaurant. From the management: 'We are carry only Halal meats at all locations. Each location also has a halal certificate from the vendor. The employee may not be aware of this, but this is our corporate program and all stores receive meats from same supplier.'

★★★★★ I don't know why it has such a low rating. A great place to eat any Desi food. They also have Desi Chinese. They do sell beer at prem. Checked with cashier and they do serve halal meat. Posted on November 14, 2019 |

★★★★☆ This is a good place in fairfax. They generally give fresh food and cook in front of you. Tried Biryani and other dishes and they are all good. They also serve Halal food. Posted on September 5, 2015 |

★☆☆☆☆ Food was good but until!!! guess what?? while I was eating a fly was in chicken Manchurian. Called the waitress and she didn't acknowledge or say anything and took the bowl form us. No sorry not an apology. I can understand that thing can happen but staff is not there to give good customer service.
Will not come to this place again just for the reason that how inefficient the people were to take care of the issue. Posted on April 9, 2015 |

★★★☆☆ One of my favorite places to eat! I love their butter chicken with rice Posted on July 15, 2014 |

★★☆☆☆ Pricey for amount of food. Really greasy. Run by Hindus not Muslims. Just FYI Posted on March 2, 2014 |

★★★☆☆ The food is delicious but it's getting expensive as the portions are getting much smaller. Too much money for too little food on your plate Posted on November 13, 2012 |

★★☆☆☆ They gave me a dirty cup - i requested for it to be replaced. Plastic Plates & Cutlery did not look clean and did not want to eat from them - cleaned with paper tissue.
We had Samosa Chaat, Orange Chicken with brown rice and Lamb curry with rice and 1/2 naan. Samosa Chaat was like a curry...what's that about?Wife thought the orange chicken was OK. I prefer to pay a little more and enjoy my meal...NOT going there again. Posted on July 20, 2011 |

★★☆☆☆ we went to this place after finding from zabihah.com, but when we went there we saw alcohal and beer bottle, I got little uncomfortable that what kind of resturant it is where its says and have halal certification but serving beer and alcohal, does not sound right so for me its a big NO, since there is a big ssuspicion about whiether the sign and food is really hala, my request to Zabihah.com is to remove this from the list since people will go there for halal food with there family and find drunk people. We have clearly labeled this restaurant as one that serves alcohol so that users can avoid it if they wish. |

★★★★☆ Talk about fresh! I've never been asked how spicy I wanted my orange chicken. I called in after looking at the website and not seeing the halal label. The guy answered the phone with a very affirmative yes when I asked about zabihah halal. I may not come back because of beer bottles available. But this review is for the food and establishment which is a five stars for cleanliness and service, the price format took a second for me to under stand as dishes are categorized by veggie, chicken, paneer etc and not by the actual dish itself. Note that pop music is played over head, and customers next to you may be drinking. That deducts a point, for me anyway. Food took about 8 minutes to get to my table (cooked fresh remember?) Standard coke products available plus Gold Peak tea (coke brand)-:( FOOD: white rice is a fragrant short grain basmati with anise seeds, the orange chicken is orangey but not overbearing, chicken is crisp and sweet, but not corn syrupy or starchy. The sauce is neither soupy or gooey, just right. The meal was delicious, however at 8.50 plus 1.50 drink I won't be coming back due to beers and music, but I still give it a 4/5. ★★★★☆ Went here for dinner tonight. This is an Asian-Indian fusion restaraunt. We tried the Chicken Lollipops, Samosa Chaat, Curry Fried Rice, Kung Pao Chicken and Chicken Tikka Masala. Each dish was real tasty and above average. The owner verbally assured us that all meat is halal. Please note this place serves alcohol. Posted on November 18, 2010 |
