NR This place is a gas station which opens 24/7 and is located in one of the worst areas in Edmonton especially at night, I've tried everything here, the chicken is tasteless, often would sit in the stand for long time and would be dry, even if you got it fresh it is still not cooked all the way through and tastes horrible, the chicken strips taste the same and I think they use their frying oil for a long time, the samosas are not special in any way, and the pizza is what you get when you refrigerate the leftovers of your pie for few days and then get it warmed up in the microwave, but I may add that if you're so desperate to go buy your food at a gas station then you have to know what to expect, as far as the food being halal I don't think so, the owner might be a Muslim but non of the staff is which is not the biggest deal, they also sell Lotto and Adult type magazines, in my opinion I think if someone really adheres to buying the meat he's serving in his business from a halal source then he wouldn't sell these things besides halal food, it's like some restaurants which are advertised as a Halal business but they serve Alcohol in the same time.. trying to make the best of both worlds maybe? ★☆☆☆☆ The hucky chicken is bad, and this place is ghetto, but now their are professional halal fried chicken stores, the chicken tastes like someone dipped chicken in the oil or diesel, if you have no taste or feel like patroleum chicken than i reccomend this diesel chicken Posted on December 18, 2011 |

★★★★★ In the most GHETTO neighborhood you can imagine. But the chicken is awesome. I love their gravy too. Posted on June 27, 2011 |

★★★★☆ This is the second time we buy from this place. The first time the girl told us that she is making a fresh batch if we would like to wait 7 min. We were glad that we did wait because they were very good & better looking than the ones on display. Today we arrived after a guy had cleaned them out of all legs thighs & wings. We were offered the 12 piece Combo ALL BREASTS for the same price. We will definitely be back. One negative thing to mention, one piece was bloody! the rest were perfect. Posted on March 8, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ In terms of Halaal fried chicken options in the city, this is by far the better of the two options (as far as I know - there are only two, these guys and Paradise Halal Meats in the south). His wedges are also good, and their gravey is tastey, but runny. He has corndogs as well, but this is NOT Halaal (last we checked). So in terms of variety, you don't have choices, but if you're really craving fried chicken, check them out. It is a shady neighborhood, but I've never had problems. Posted on April 22, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ ghetto style halal chicken in the hood, north downtown make sure you wear a bullet proof vest before stepping out of your car..the chicken is excellent although it could be melted plastic (unconfirmed)..in all honesty its really cheap and tasty when made fresh, the wedges are huge and you can load up on hot sauce, sour cream or gravy which is thinner than water...also watch out for the owner he refuses to give you 2 big pieces and is really cheap in his servings (short stubby desi guy) Posted on May 16, 2007 |
