★☆☆☆☆ This was my first and last time being at Saj. I usually find some reason to give restaurants atleast 2 stars...but sorry Saj, you really ticked me off..... let me start with the food... first the lady making my wrap tried to rush me through my order... i looked behind and there was no body behind me... I dont understand, whats the hurry... cant i look at the ingrediants and tell you what i want instead of you telling me, rice yes or no, humas yes or no, potatoes yes or no..... you are not making this for yourself but for your customer.. me i guess..... this was suppose to be a chicken shawarma.... so when it came to put chicken, she realized there was no chicken... so she scrubbed the bottom and put 3 strips of chicken on my wrap and tried to fold it.... seriously, chicken shawarma without the chicken. when i pointed it out, the manager came running telling me there is an extra charge for extra chicken... please, look at the wrap, can you find any chicken...i am very fair in my dealings and by no means unreasonable. there has to be chicken in a chicken shawarma platter to be called as chicken shawarma... they looked so good on the website.... the pictures on the website i guess are decieving.... lastly she forgot to put mix platter in my order but charged me for it...seriously Saj... that desperate...just before leaving i double checked my order and pointed it out to the manager... she looked at me as if it were my fault... i hate places that dont put customers first. there are other places where i can get better shawarma....and better customer service....
