A clay tandoor oven is at the heart of The India's Tandoori's kitchen. Inside that oven the restaurant's chefs puff Indian breads to perfection, including roti and naan stuffed with olives and parmesan cheese. They also roast salmon, king prawns, and tender racks of lamb within the radiant clay walls. Spice levels are customized to each diner's preferences, and vegetarian dishes are available.
