★★☆☆☆ I didn't like the food there, I tried the mix grill plate but it was not good
No taste.
The bread look and taste old
The hummus had no flavor.
I will not go there again, the atmosphere of the restaurant was boring. Posted on December 20, 2013 |

★★☆☆☆ We read a lot of reviews here and decided to go there. We were disappointed. We went for lunch, there were not many people. We ordered simple shawarma and a mixed platter. It took about 40 minutes to come. And when it arived, the serve size was redicilous.
For the price, I thought I would get decent serve atleast. We were not satisfied with the tase or quality either, so we decided not to order anything more, we finished the food in 5 minutes and left.
Would never go again.
Apparently they have an outdoor hooka place which was not working in the lunch time. I can imagine it cannot be a place where you would want to take your family.
Will never go back again Posted on September 13, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ Food here is ok. I used to like their shawarmas, but the last time I had it I ended up getting sick (not sure if it was the meat or the sauce). So I haven't been back since. Posted on March 3, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ burger suck, arab food is good, the hummus is one of the best!

★★★☆☆ This place has good Shawarmas, and hummus. people claim here that they have really good burgers, but their burgers are awful. No taste, dry and just lacking flavor. Go for the shawarma, for burgers look elsewhere. Posted on February 5, 2010 |

★★★★☆ One of the best halal Cheeseburgers in the city. But other than that everythign else is sub-par. They have lamb chops, shwarama, kabob etc. Tried it all and the only thing i get now are the cheeseburgers and the fruit cocktail.
Shisha is also a hit and miss. Used to be the best on Steinway but quality has slowly decreased. ONLY GET THE PEACH SHISHA. Trust Me on this one. Posted on March 12, 2008 |

★★★★★ i've been going to rawsheh for years now, the food is excellent at a very affordable price. as mentioned earlier, the hamburger with fries combo at rawsheh is nothing short of spectacular: the best hamburger in NY bar none. yes, it IS that good with an excellent grilled taste. if you are looking for a more traditional cuisine, the hammous here is also of very high quality. while i personally do not like shawarmas, it is good here, kebobs are great also. the green tea is very good here as well and helps to digest after a big meal. the tea also goes great with sheesha which i have to say has been consistently well above average especially considering all the local competition. ask for the "fresh double apple" and you will be rewarded with a long lasting, intensely sweet flavored, smooth smoking companion. i love this place!
