HALAL SUMMARY
The owners of this restaurant are Muslim and have confirmed its halal status.
★★★★★ I had the shish kabab specialty pizza and it was packed with toppings and very flavorful. The owner was very nice and friendly. Unfortunately It seems the restaurant is mostly for takeout as there aren't proper tables to eat on or a restroom but the owner did let us use the sink to wash our hands. Posted on August 9, 2016
★☆☆☆☆ I cant believe that.
First I called the restaurant the lady who answer phone said you can order at least 20$ for delivery then I told her okay let me check the menu one more time then I closed the phone. After 10-20 min later I called back to order. Same lady answered and I gave 4 different order (Total 27$), but I forgot to tell the meats must be halal. Because if you wanna order any halal meat you have to tell. Halal meats little bit expensive than regular. Anyway, when I called second time same lady answered my phone. I just said "I forgot.... " and she said sir I am very busy then she hung up my face. And I called back to talk other guy. This time that guy answered my phone. Also he said okay sir I am cancelling your order before I tell nothing and he hung up my face as well. I just want to make sure foods are halal. That is why I called, not for cancelling. That is it.
Before for delivery order please think about it one more time. Posted on March 6, 2015
★★★★★ Really nice food, their tandoori chicken wings are amazing. I was not expecting a halal restaurant of such a good quality in anchorage, luckily its was attached to the holiday inn i stayed at and i was so glad that it was there. Posted on November 10, 2013
★★★★★ My husband and I went to Alaska for our honeymoon. We actually found out about this place beforehand from Zabihah. Its a small place owned by a Muslim couple who are very friendy. The food is halal by request and is freshly prepared upon order. We ate there twice and both times our food was delicious. I recommend every one visiting Anchorage to stop by the restaurant. You won't be disappointed. Posted on February 10, 2009
NR Nice little shop with wide variety menu, I go there at least once a week. Good food, cheap price, only halal restaurant in town. Posted on September 25, 2007
