I recently tried Gaza Bakery, a Yemeni and Middle Eastern spot on Devon St. in Chicago, and it honestly exceeded expectations. I ordered a large lamb and rice dish, and everything about it was on point. The lamb was incredibly tender and full of flavor, cooked just right without being greasy. The rice was perfectly seasoned and complemented the meat really well. You can tell they put care into their food. The portion was generous, the flavors felt authentic, and the overall experience was satisfying from start to finish. Definitely a place I’d go back to if I’m craving something hearty and well-made.
