My mrs went to this place the recent weekend just gone, she ordered 4 lamb shanks, she was told by a staff member who i can only describe as rude ! And looked about 15 years of age ! There was none remaining due to a short delivery error… she then proceeded to order 2 beef steaks / and proceeded to pay … on arriving home and taking the meat out to prepare - we was shocked to discover chicken steaks .. so we called up and explained we was giving the wrong meat/ order and can we please speak to a manager. After what i can only describe as 5 min wait on the phone.. a manager named samar told us he will need to call us back and hung up .. after waiting 20 mins for a call i rang back to only be put on hold again …! For what i can describe as at least 8-10 mins !!! samar, duty manager! told me not to ring again as he is busy ! And hung up ! Then my wife called the next day for a man to say he does not speak English and hung up the phone !
