I placed an order for the first time through the app. It was very specific. I ordered the combo over rice with half rice half salad. That is not what I got when I got home. I was given chicken over regular rice with salad. At first the team member told me that my order was not there. He didn’t see it… Even after I gave him my name three times. Another customer came back with his friend and said that his order was wrong and that they only gave him one type of meat when the order asked for two. I should’ve taken a hint and checked my order as well. Now we can’t they read, but they’re very incompetent. The people that work there at nights are awful.
