1915 Lanz Noodle is a Chinese noodle restaurant serving hand-pulled noodles and dumplings made fresh in-house. We travelled from Glasgow for the food. The place is very clean and nice. The food is well presented and quick to come out of the kitchen. The beef pulled noodles, for my liking (someone of pakistani origin) lacked flavour. We had to add chilli oil and salt to bring it up a notch. I felt the noodles were nice. The beef was adequate and it has enough veggies in it. The dumplings lacked flavour too. So we had to add chilli and some salt. The burger was very nice and full of flavour. I think if the flavour can be enhanced slightly it would be a fantastic meal. I am only saying because I've had lanzou noodles in China and they had much more flavour to them. One more thing id say is that on the website it says every ingredient is halal and only by chance we were told the duck isnt halal. This should be clearly displayed incase some orders it unknowingly. By all means this is not a negative review but merely a feedback. All the best
