My husband ordered the Double Smoke Shack burger with added bacon (£1 extra). Unfortunately, it wasn’t what we expected. For an American style burger, we’d expect pickles and regular American mustard to be available, but there were no pickles and only hot mustard was offered. We also found it odd that bacon is an extra £1 on a burger called the “Smoke Shack”we’d expect it to be included. The beef was quite chewy, and overall the burger didn’t justify the £14 price. The meal came to around £24, and for that money we’d expect better quality and more topping options. Five Guys offers better value in our opinion. The seating area was nice, but we hope the menu and burger quality can be improved. Unfortunately, based on this visit, we wouldn’t return.
