I’ve been eating at Naz Halal for a long time, and I’ve always had great experiences. However, this location was very disappointing. The baklava I received looked old and was extremely hard. It was so stale that I couldn’t even take a bite. It definitely wasn’t fresh. The customer service at this location also needs improvement. The employee at the front didn’t greet me, smile, or communicate at all. A simple “hello” or smile would have made a big difference.
