I really loved this visit. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable about their products. You can tell there’s history and care behind what they do. The shop itself is beautiful—cozy café vibes mixed with a high-end chocolate experience. It’s the kind of place you can sit, sip, browse, and actually enjoy being in. Now here’s the only reason I’m knocking one point off ⬇️ The rewards program only applies to drinks, which honestly surprised me. When half the store is chocolate, it feels wild that chocolate purchases don’t count. I spent $20 on chocolate, and none of it applied toward rewards. That feels like a missed opportunity, especially for loyal customers. That said— The quality, the service, and the overall experience are still solid. I’d absolutely come back, I just hope they eventually expand the rewards to include chocolate too, because that’s clearly a huge part of the brand.
