I am writing to formally express my disappointment following a recent experience at your Market Street location. On Tuesday May 13 2025, I visited the store in the morning and ordered a sandwich and coffee. However, I was overcharged for my order. When I politely asked for clarification, the staff member who took my order responded rudely, stating it was the "card price" and added an additional $4. When I requested to speak with a manager, he became confrontational and told me to "get out, you bum." This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable, and I am very disappointed with how I was treated as a customer. I believe every customer deserves to be treated with courtesy and fairness. I hope you will look into this incident and take appropriate action to ensure it does not happen to others in the future. I would also appreciate a response regarding how this situation will be addressed. Thank you for your time and attention. My order only was 750$ I was charged 11.50$
