I had a disappointing experience here. My food took around 25 minutes to arrive, which was quite slow. When I went to collect my order, I noticed my iced tea looked very diluted. I politely asked the staff to replace it. However, one particular staff member took my drink without saying anything and simply added more ice into the same cup instead of preparing a new one. I asked again politely if it was a new drink, but the staff responded with an unfriendly expression, saying it was the same. I pointed out that other customers’ drinks did not look as diluted, and only then did he replace it. Overall, the service was very poor. There was no apology, no basic courtesy, and the staff’s attitude was unprofessional. Please don’t come here if you expect excellent service. I hope the management can improve staff training, especially in customer service.
