★★☆☆☆ I have been to this place a few times over the years and the reason for that is because I love afghani food and I am desperate to find something close by. This place is close to where I live and I was really hoping this place would improve, but it has not. The food here is just not that good. I have had afghani food many times both here in this country and oversease and this place just doesn't live up to the quality of food I expect from afghani quisine. The dining area is ok, but I could hear the dance music from the establishment next door. ★★★★★ If you would like a relaxing and/or romantic evening out and if you are in the mood for some delicious Afghan food in a fancy sit-down restaurant with a good ambience, then this is the place for you. My husband and I love their kebabs and tandoor bolanee (and baklava). One of the owners of this restaurant is a Haji therefore they don't serve alchohol. Nice lighting, warm atmosphere, very hospitable hosts and hostesses. We've been there twice and they've brought us side dishes/appetizers on the house. The manager/owner made sure that we were please with the food. Great service. MashaAllah. We were very impressed. Its also a great place to go on special occasions.
