★☆☆☆☆ I was in Chicago yesterday and I have been to this restaurant but am surprised the customer service is horrible the guy name NAEEM he even don’t know how to talk to a customer.

He is thinking that people are stupid or his slave to come this kind of dirty place where you don’t have manner I have ordered pan and I say I need long leaf if you have and I have seen he has long leaf but he lie to me and says he don’t have whatever I have you want or not that is exact word can you imagine how these guys are interacting with customer any way cut shot finally he ended up by giving me pan and then I open a pan then in this few things are added which I don’t like I asked in a very humble way could you please remove this from Pan and he said no I can’t u should tell me up front ……my reply was you were in rush and I was thinking not to disturb you.


Since he is a looser and he reply me that you are a LIAR , I was shocked by his reply and his attitude ……… then off course every sensible person react in the same way so he knows people are not stupid now a customer has lots of choice CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT…… I reply in the same manner and he get the answer..

Lesson learned these people and places you don’t even think to go over there this is my friendly advise because it’s not end of the world Chicago is big & USA is big there are lots of restaurant you can go and enjoy don’t stuck in these type of places and people because you are not beggar to ask for food or anything GIVE RESPECT & TAKE RESPECT SIMPLE…. ★★★★★ Excellent Hyderabadi food at fair price. The chicken65, khatti dal, biryani, parathas are all so well cooked and delicious. A small area has been separated for family dining, it can accommodate a party of about 10. we were 5 adults and 5 kids. Didn't try the buffet but all the items looked good. There is a pan shop within the restaurant and loved the meenakshi, meetha pan i got there. I personally know the owner, he is a muslim from hyderabadi family, no doubt about zabiha halal status of the food here. Must go if you are in the devon area. Posted on February 7, 2012

★★★★★ Owners are known muslims fron a hyderabadi family serving zabihah halal( not sure why brother imran in earlier review mentions that owners are not muslims). I was visiting chicago and went to this place on recommendation of a friend, looking for authentic Hyderabadi food. This place specializes in Hyderabadi cuisine. Loved the Hyderabadi biryani(one of the best in U. S), khatti daal, talawa ghosth, double ka meetha(shahi tukde), qubani ka meetha etc, finally finishing off with a meetha paan. ★★★★★ This restaurant has the BEST food on Devon Ave. I came across this restaurant once, from that time i am a regular customer of this restaurant. The prices are really good too. the full meal is just $6, it includes two chapati,a full plate of rice, and two curries.
