HALAL SUMMARY
A halal sign is clearly visible on the premises of this restaurant. April 2011 zabihah.com user states halal menu.
★★★★★ One word: AMAZING! This Afghan "fast food" restaurant is located in a new strip mall in Manassas. The food here is amazing--definitely in the top tier of Afghan restaurants in the metro area. I was actually very surprised that this place was so good because I thought it was somewhat out of the way for a halal restaurant. I eat here at least every other week and usually get the boneless chicken kabob. I have also had the shahmi (ground beef) kabab which was great too. The menu has all types of kabab platters, as well as kabab sandwiches. Platters come with rice, salad, chick peas and a huge (and very very delicious) fresh Afghan bread. I love this place--please try it out if you like Afghan food, or any type of food for that matter. The quantity is good, and the quality even better. In terms of ambience, there are probably about 8 tables in the restaurant and it is very spacious. It is a fast food type place in that you have to go up to the counter and order. I have mostly done take out. But the premises is very clear and new. Posted on March 1, 2013
★★★★★ I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I ordered their Chicken Sandwich (gyro) and it was great, the chicken was well cooked and they put a lot of chicken in the bread which was made fresh. And the price wasnt that bad as it only cost me like $6. I will definitely try their sandwiches. Posted on May 29, 2011
