HALAL SUMMARY
The menus at this restaurant clearly state that Halal food is served.
★★★★☆ Good food and portions, we ordered tiki. It was something new that I had never eaten before and it tasted really good. It is a little bit on the higher side for pricing for my taste. Posted on July 4, 2014
★★★★★ Great food. Good service. A little small, but that's never important in my opinion. Also, parking is very limited.
Did I mention the food is great? The place won a bunch of awards and was featured in a handful of articles for their delicious entrees.
Very convenient location, 2 minutes from SDSU. Posted on June 14, 2014
★★★★★ Excellent restaurant. Very friendly staff. Very clean and cheap. We were in a trip to San Diego for spring break. We were treated very well! We got "Lahm Bajeen", "Beef Shawarma", "Shish Tawook", "Grape Leaves" and two fresh lemonade juices. Everything was really delicious. I'd definitely go back when I'm in San Diego! ★★★★☆ It is a good family owned restaurant. The owners are christians from lebanon and orally certify thatthe food is halal and zabihah. The owner lady is so kind and friendly and behaves you as she knows you since long before! We got her recommendations and were so satisfied. Their homemade yogurt drink was really good and their chicken cheese food as well as showerma food were the best. Posted on May 23, 2013
