★★☆☆☆ Food was fair, not good, not bad. I asked for extra spicy( and vindaloo is usually spicy) and it was very mild. The rice was poor quality, as well as the naan. The Samosa were cold, and the yogurt sauce tasted like mayonnaise. They should probably have significantly lower prices for what they are serving.. Posted on October 2, 2014
★★★★☆ Baba's is a commuter's place, and probaly great for lunchtime downtown. We went for dinner with the kids, and it is nice. Clean, modest, good variety, and tasty. The butter chicken and lamb vindalo came with naan and the lassi was very good. Swing by if you're in the area- there's validation for parking next door. Posted on September 2, 2012
★★★★☆ This place is a nice little gem. Absolutely amazing location especially if you find yourself at union station. It's literally right down the street.
Prices aren't bad. Chicken makhni is wonderful. Wouldn't recommend the sabzi dish (too many potatoes). Also, the mango lassi is probably the best I've ever had! Very refreshing! Posted on November 13, 2010
★★★★☆ I recently had lunch at Baba's Village restaurant. The restaurant is next to the Amtrak Union Station parking structure. The place was crowded at lunch time. It took 5 minutes to get my meal. I had the Seekh kabob platter, which came with 2 kabobs, rice and salad. The lunch was adequate. At a later visit, I also ate the Qeema Nan and Qeema Paratha. All the items tasted very good. There is fee Wi-Fi available and the place is closed on the weekends. Posted on August 4, 2008
