HALAL SUMMARY
Creekstone Farms is reported to supply Halal meat to this restaurant, which uses it in one or more of its dishes. The meat for Creekstone Farms is certified by Halal Transactions of Omaha. From the management: 'We put our best efforts to bring highest quality Both Halal & USDA Certified meats. We only serve Halal & USDA Certified Prime meat. USDA & Zabiha Halal certification standards are strict; the Beef we use is the highest grade beef available on the market. After hand selecting the finest cuts from this grade, we dry-age our beef for a minimum of 40 days in special temperature dry aging room. Our Dry-aged beef have robust and intense beefy flavor because of the reduction of moisture in combination with the breakdown of fat and muscle. Also we now carry A5 Grade Miyazakigyu straight from Japan, Miyazakigyu are raised with special care and husbandry for over 30 months in Miyazaki prefecture of Japan. They are raised by ranchers who have dedicated their lives to caring for these extraordinary cattle. Miyazakigyu are fed for over 600 days on a unique diet including wheat, rice, corn, barley, and other wholesome foods. Their diet promotes "shimofuri", which is the high quality fat content we refer to as marbling.'
★★★★★ Excellent. Must appreciate them for no pork, no alcohol. The food and service was excellent, if you have never tried Korean bbq aka kbbq, it is one of the most unique eating experiences and to find one that’s halal is like manna from
Heaven. The Korean community alone might not be enough to keep this restaurant going so really hope the Muslim community continues to patronize this restaurant and keeps it going. I live far enough away that I can’t come every week but will definitely make a trip every month just for this. We need to encourage such places Posted on February 10, 2020
★★★★☆ Really good Korean BBQ, but like most Korean BBQ it’s quite pricey. Have some other dishes, I found the bulgogi a little too sweet, but otherwise really good. Dumplings are pretty good too Posted on January 5, 2020
