★★★☆☆ Hole in the wall place. Food is good but not above average. Shawarma was a disappointment. Falafel was good. Posted on August 15, 2016 |

★★★★☆ So this is a small establishment in the heart of downtown Morris Plains. The staff there is from Jordan and they assured me that everything is halal. The place is very small (only had three tables), so if you have yourself and one other person with you, it is ok to eat in. Otherwise, they do not have the space to accomodate a larger group. Most people take out.
I had the lamb and veal shawarma sandwich and lentil soup. The lentil soup was amazing and I loved drinking every last drop. The lamb and veal shawarma sandwich had a different taste to it then I am used to; a more sesame taste, which I enjoyed.
I would definitely recommend this place. Check it out if you are in the area! Posted on December 1, 2013 |

★★★★☆ The closest ME food usually requires a trip to Paterson and I just wasn't in the mood for a long drive and was hoping I could get something close to home. I hit Zabihah and found this place, there wasn't much in terms of reviews so i went to Yelp...bingo..the reviews looked good (but no confirmation on zabihah) so I went for the reconnaissance mission. My first question was if everything halal? I got verbal assurance and I was off to the races. Got a combination platter (lamb kebab, kofta kabob, and chicken kabob) with some flaffel (3 for a buck!). Everything was made fresh in front of me. I was further impressed when the cook broke out the wood charcoal and fired it up. I knew i was in for a treat, charcoal just tastes so much better than gas burners because the meat comes out so juicy. I think i've found a gem and new go to place. Do not plan on going as a group to this place, they're strictly take out with just 2 tables (4 ppl max) hence 4 stars. Posted on April 15, 2013 |

★★★★☆ Went there twice. A Palestinian man, his wife and occasionally his son are there. The place is small but they can make you whatever you want (even if not on menu). Nice home cooking that reminded of home. Posted on January 21, 2013 |
