★★★★★ The food was extremely tasty and delicious. The sauces that come with the food, especially the garlic sauce, was excellent. Their best dish is the chili chicken, it isnt too spicy but it tastes amazing. Chicken kabob plate is also very good. Hummus is the only average thing. Also, the seating arrangements are odd, it is reminiscent of eating in a high school cafeteria. Wait time was about average. There are islamic posters and crafts all around the restaurant. ★★★☆☆ The food is great but the service is incredibly slow!!! All is fine if the owner Mohammed is there, but when his son is in charge things move at a snails pace. Be sure to call in your order in advance. On a weeknight at 7:30 it took them over 45 minutes to give me my small take out order. Also felt bad for a family with young children in the restaurant who had come in before me and people who had come in and ordered after them were getting their orders before they did. Perhaps they need more staff. The food is good and guess there is something to be said for fresh preparation, but make sure you are not on a tight schedule because you may need to wait a while. ★★★★★ Loved it! The owner serves 100% Halal Zabihah meat (Organic by all means) and it tastes amazingly good. We tried their lunch special and it was delicious. The environment is clean with a very fun and energetic surrounding. I would recommend their steak shawarma wrap. ★★★★★ Good quality meat and cooked to perfection from the shish kabob to the chicken kabob. As compared to other middle easter restaurants, the rice lacks on texture and flavor. ★★★★★ We just ate at Pita Cave last night for the first time. We ordered almost everything on the menu so we can try it all for the first time so we know what we like. Their food was very tasty. The falafel were the best I have ever had!!! The gyros was also very good. Others in the family really liked the chicken kabob and the chicken shawerma. We took our food to go, but the restaurant has a really nice family feel to it and we will insha'Allah eat there next time. As for customer service, top notch, they were very curtious. ★★★★★ I recently discovered this place while driving through the neighborhood. The halal certificate is on display in the window and the staff was very courteous. I have had the gyros which was awesome. The other folks in my party had the lamb sandwich and the beef shawarma. Both were good but had a little bit more spice that what you would find in a traditional mediterranean place. Overall, a good place to get food....and they have nice late hours.
