★☆☆☆☆ First impressions--- not impressed. I called here and ordered two dishes. The goat briyani and one of the lamb dishes. I called another place right before it (Pizza and Gyro- a few doors down). The other other was fairly large as I was ordering for all of my children and they have always got it ready on line and accurate. After 20 mins I arrived and unfortunately, when I walked in to the place I was told to sit down which immediately raised flags. Then I was asked if I made three orders of the land or did I mean three pieces. Which I did not understand completely but the Sister told me she communicated 3 orders. While I was waiting I was asked if I wanted some tea which raised even more flags. I understand in the Pakistani culture that usually means is that life is just at a slower pace. Then after about 10 min I saw a bag brought out to the front. I got up and only my goat briyani was ready. I was told that the lamb was raw and not fully cooked yet. I just paid for the one dish and left because my family has been waiting plus, it was getting close to Magrib time. This did not end there… When I got home I opened the dish and it looked either old or over cooked. I started eating it and picked out the 1 inch diameter peppers doing so. OMG. This was so hot! I barely could eat it so I limited to the meat and a bit of rice and had to dump the rest. Its not over— That evening my stomach was hurting. I felt sick and I did not get to bed until 4am. This place left a lasting impression for me so it that was the first and last time visiting.
BTW: I have another story from a relative of mine who confirmed s negative catering experience. Posted on February 26, 2018 |

★☆☆☆☆ Disappointed by the catering experience with this restaurant. Delayed food is something but lack of communication and not responding to customer calls is another. 4 hours delayed delivery on an Eid function without any communication is not tolerable. Extremely unprofessional attitude. This enterprise can not keep its commitment nor can it be trusted with your order. Stay away and buyer beware. Posted on September 5, 2017 |

★★★★★ Overall I was very impressed with the food and service here. They only carry hand slaughtered chicken. I have tried almost all the kabob restaurants in Northern Virginia and they have the best pricing and taste. So far, I have tried their Chicken Boneless, Spinach, Karahi Kabob, Chick peas, Haleem, Baryani, Lahore Fish and Kashmiri Chai...they were all very delicious! Posted on February 16, 2015 |

★★★★☆ Came here with my in-laws, in a party of five. They both got karahi, brother-in-law got buffet and we split off the menu. I would recommend the karahi over the dry dishes. Posted on November 15, 2013 |

★★★☆☆ I picked up 2 orders of Purie & halwa/Channas as was in mood for a Lahori style breakfast with Channa. Cashier/server is friendly person & very accommodating if asked for additional items or changes. Place & atmosphere does not show very inviting or clean or match the high prices they charge. Serving size could be a bit more generous. It will make their clients more satisfying & welcomed. Posted on July 1, 2013 |

★★★★★ They have Julie Julie! For those of you who don't know what it is, go there and try it. The naan is the best in the area and the seekh kabobs are hot, soft and fresh. My wife loved the samosas and gulab jamuns as well. The facility isn't in the best condition but the food and service are great. Posted on April 6, 2012 |

★★★★★ I don't know about the other reviews but this is one of the better karahi's I've had in a restaurant. Would definitely go back time and time again for karahi, made perfectly in my humble opinion. the veggie samosas were DeliCiouS! And boneless chicken kabob on point. Karahi alone worth several trips out. Fresh bread and well rounded chutney made for an excellent meal alHamdulillah . Posted on April 3, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ I kinda agree with "CrashVT" below. Karahi dishes are ok and kababs could be better. The spicy chicken karahi is HOT! Enough for two people. Posted on October 24, 2010 |

★★★★★ The karahis were great and they make the karahis according to your taste. mild, medium, spicy or hot.My mom likes mild to medium spicy food and I like spicy food. So it was easy for us to choose and the service was good. I loved chicken tikka and the prices were good too. Posted on October 22, 2010 |

★☆☆☆☆ I had been going to this place for a while when it was still Ravi and it was really good. I realized things had changed on two instances. In the first, I got the same Chapli kabob with chick peas but it tasted mediocre. The second instance was when I came home with a chicken karahi that tasted absolutely horrendous to the point I had to throw all of it away. Not to mention that each time I called my order to go 20 minutes in advance and still ended up sitting inside for 20-25 minutes waiting for it both times. Posted on August 14, 2010 |
