NR This location maybe closed. I went to get some lunch today and there was an Asian lady and some guy talking about changes. The kitchen did not have any appliances installed. The sign is still up but I think that will change soon.

★★★★☆ This is a nice addition to So. Cal. Halal fast food scene. Their burgers are very good. The patties are thick, juicy and the meat quality is pretty good. I also tried their fried Chicken but it is kind of pricey!! $2 per piece for a small leg is not what I was expecting. Taste is about average. Their stuffed cheese burgers are very good. Philly Cheese steak sub is about average but the bun is a bit small. Overall I like the food, only tried them once so I can't give a definitive review. The only negative that I could find was the price... For a party of three ordering 3 combo meals with 3 small pieces of fried Chicken the bill came out to about $46 ... which is pricey for a self serve, no frills, fast food restaurant. ★★★★★ Not a big fan of halal fast food places in general but this place is an exception. The food is honestly better than most fast food places I've ever been to and I've been to a whole lot. They environment is very aesthetically pleasing and clean as well. I definitely found my go to spot for a quick halal meal. Try the Philly cheese fries for sure, you won't be disappointed. ★☆☆☆☆ So this is the new halal burger/fried chicken/philly cheese steak spot that has been popping up on my social feeds. As an avid burger foodie who also happens to have a tight circle of "zabihah preferred" friends, it was only a matter of time until I would get roped into trying this joint. Now let me preface this by saying, I'm a strong believer in the clean bathroom theory: messy bathroom = messy kitchen. And boy, is this place a hot mess.
My family came to enjoy breaking our Ramadan fast at this talked about place. There was a short line when we got there, and the manager/owner was very friendly and was spending some time with the customers in line, which is a plus. But I could tell that there were a lot of people starting to line up behind me, so to make it easy on the guy, I had my family's order ready for him Soup Nazi style. "One stuffed cheeseburger - well done with beef bacon, one philly cheese fries, one grilled chicken sandwich, one order of chicken wings, 2 drinks, one fr Posted on June 10, 2018 |
