★★★☆☆ I order food from here a few times, and the place is clean with some tacky decor, which I assume the owners wife wanted to get out of the house. Being a religious man myself, I could not appreciate the daler mehndi tunak tunak tun song on blast that other patrons might enjoy, and the chicken mascot encouraging me to eat other chickens - a sort of cannibalism -was kind of upsetting on various levels.
Besides that the food, tastes exactly what you can imagine frozen food cooked at a place connected to a gas station, by some seventeen year old who is trying is best but does'nt know what he is doing would taste like.
But if I was desperate I would eat here again. Posted on July 28, 2016 |

★★☆☆☆ After a good experience at Halal Fried Chicken last Friday, (review posted on their other listing) I invited some friend's to dinner on Saturday at the desi section. The experience this time was completely different. When we first placed our order, they weren't sure if they had plain rice or not and after a bit of yes? no? yes? no? they said that they do have rice.
They served our meal about half an hour after we placed the order, but without the rice or naan.
These items only came another half hour later, after we had asked 3 times for it. By then the curry and tandoor items were cold. Also, the butter chicken was swimming in oil and the rice was under-cooked. Posted on April 7, 2015 |

★★★★☆ I had the deluxe meal for lunch and it was really good and satisfying. $8 for a zinger burger, 2 pieces of chicken, fries and a soda makes me feel like I'm buying food in 2000. I have one complaint though, the spout on the hot sauce dispenser does not work properly so I end up with an embarrassing mess on my sweater Posted on March 13, 2015 |

★★★☆☆ Only place to get a halal crispy chicken sandwich. I like it, but still doesn't fill the void of BK Chicken Sandwich from my non-halal days. At least this is one place where the food matches the price so I would go back here. They cook it fresh, so expect to wait 15 min or remember to order on your way there. Posted on January 3, 2015 |

★★★★★ I'm from PA. One of relative told me to go to HFC whenever I go to MD. So I went there. They are clean. They asked for about 15 minutes to make the order but they served in 18 minutes. No problem. At least the food was FRESH & HOT. I really enjoyed my lunch there. I would like to recommend everybody to order French Fries and Xinger Burger. Posted on January 29, 2014 |

★☆☆☆☆ Chicken is beyond dry and old. I couldn't swallow the chicken down without having to have a drink on hand. I only went there once and will probably never go there again. The guy himself took 15mins to come out and take my order. My time is just as valuable as his as I was on my lunch break. Posted on January 19, 2014 |

★★★★☆ I have been to this fast-food joint a several times since they opened up. They are co-located with the Citgo gas station. They are actually behind the gas station. The food is reasonably priced and pretty tasty. The owners, who also own the gas station, are Pakistani and their meat is Halal. This is a great place to pick up lunch or eat there if you have time.
