★★★ The staff were very friendly and helpful, definitely no complaints from a customer service perspective.
However, the pizza is supremely overpriced. I paid $35 for a Large pizza with Chicken, Shrimp, Mushroom, and Feta Cheese. Which would've been fine had it if the quality was worth it, but unfortunately the pizza just wasn't that good. It wasn't bad by any means, but nowhere near worth the steep price of $35 for a Large pizza with four toppings.
We ended up getting a $6-7 Home Run Inn cheese pizza from the grocery store and actually found it to be tastier than Nancy's. which was disappointing considering the decor of Nancy's prominently displaying all of their awards from various Chicaco area publications,.
Granted, we also got the Original Thin Crust, but perhaps the Deep Dish is their specialty..
Either way, I can't say it was $35 well spent. I doubt that I will return only because of the steep price yet lacking quality. Posted on February 18, 2018
