★★★★★ Fresh Turkish food at very reasonable prices. Great folks that run this place. Their shawarma platter is very tasty. Also must try the chicken Adana platter with white or brown rice. Delicious!! Posted on October 16, 2017 |

★★★★★ Amazing food, have been going weekly after my golf practice, always beats my expectations, my favorite dish is the yogurt slavuk. Taste so good and well cooked. Love trying new dishes every time. It's family oriented and makes the restaurant more home like, which I enjoy. Posted on August 6, 2013 |

★★★★☆ The address is correct but the location on the map is wrong. It's on Hempstead turnpike, between Munson Ave and Cherry Valley ave (west of Meadowbrook pkwy, not east of Hofstra like it appears on the map above). This place is awesome. It has an authentic Turkish menu and the food is top notch. The place itself is a hole in the wall with a grocery store in the back. Still worth the trip! Posted on July 16, 2013 |

★★★★★ Get the Pastrami Pide. If you like cheese and pastrami, you won't be disappointed. Posted on April 18, 2013 |

★★★★★ This place is great. Try the chicken cube kabobs or the lamb chops. I've never been a fan of lamb but this place made the lamb chops great! For those of you with infants/toddlers, please keep in mind that they don't have a booster seat so you'll have to hold your baby in your lap. Posted on March 12, 2013 |

★★★★★ We just came back from this place. The food was and service was so good that I am compelled to write this review. Will definitely go there again. They have small but cozy sitting area. Overall all very satisfied with food and prices. Posted on March 10, 2013 |

★★★★★ The family that runs the joint is so nice and welcoming I could feel the love in their food. They were willing to work around the menu a little here and there and even got me baklawa on the house. I had their chicken and lamb platter which was awesome. Generous serving and reasonably priced. I'm gonna go again just so I can be around those two awesome people.. and tell them to make dua for me lol legit they were so awesome mA! Posted on January 8, 2013 |

★★★★★ Owned by a nice family. Very good food. Lamarchun is excellent. Adana and pide are also veryyyyy taste. Everything is fresh. Their pudding and baklava are also excellent as well. Take out or sit down as they have a calm area to sit and enjoy your food. Posted on November 11, 2012 |

★★★★★ While passion is always a required element in the success of a business, the feeling is palpable with this gentleman Mevlut , who served me the best Turkish food I may have ever had. I will even dare to go as far as comparing it to my Mothers cooking. The owner displayed very polite professional attitude with warmth which cannot be combined together very easily. As you enjoy the food that’s redolent with flavors you experience the magic of unwavering commitment to hard work, valuing people, relationships, honesty, and integrity, firsthand. Plus he also gives you free desert, which is hand made by his wife :) Posted on September 25, 2011 |

★★★★☆ I've been looking for a turkish restaurant in this area, and was so happy to find this place. Great staff, excellent food, and very reasonably priced. They even have breakfast foods (eggs and pastrami are great). Posted on November 23, 2010 |

★★★★★ Excellent food and very friendly service. Just catered from them last weekend. Food was fresh, flavorful and the presentation was great. Posted on July 21, 2010 |

★★★★☆ Great, cute little restaurant. It has about 4 tables, so not ideal for a muslim woman to sit in unless it's empty. But the food's good, and the owner is very kind. I went in with my husband and my 4 year old. The owner helped us order, brought us extra things we didn't order, on the house, he even gave my son some cookies. The restaurant was clean.
I've ordered from this place a couple of times and eaten in just once. The chicken items are great. (Just ask them to give you the butter sauce for the chicken istiskar (sp?) on the side). The hummus and red pepper dip are also very good. My husband loved the lamb chops, and thought it was worth the $17 it cost. Posted on July 6, 2010 |
