★★★★★ Excellent food and service! I highly recommend! Posted on June 8, 2019 |

★★★★☆ A nice Pakistani joint with lunch buffet. The food was better but with expansion quality ids going down. My last two visits were not that good but I am hoping they will again improve it. Not a bad place for dine in or take away and I usually come with my family for dine in Posted on October 21, 2017 |

★☆☆☆☆ For all those people who eat zabihah, this is probably not the place for you. Talked to owner and he mentioned that he gets the meat from "x" store and when I called the "x" store, he said he keeps both of the chicken zabihah and machine slaughtered. The zabihah one packaged and comes from crescent. Called the owner again and he said he doesnt know whether it's zabihah or machine slaughtered. So it's up to you. Posted on May 28, 2017 |

★★★★★ Only Pakistani resturant in suburb Cincinnati after shalimar is closed now. Prices are regular. Lunch buffet everyday. Taste is good
Place is neat & clean. Good place to sit with family. They have stopped serving Bun kabob / channa chaat etc blaming NOT enough demand by customers. I loved their ex appetizer menu. Posted on September 14, 2013 |

★☆☆☆☆ Overpriced and terrible food. I ordered Chicken tikka and it had blood in it. When i told them, the guy just smiled and left, even charged me for it. Their seekh kabobs were smelly and daal seemed days old. WARNING! Stay away from this place. Not only their food sucks, customer service is appalling. Posted on June 20, 2013 |

★★☆☆☆ I have been there from office visit. Thought to try it out i ordered mutka ghosht and mutton biryani, they both were completely hopeless. Meat was kind of black and not tendered very well while price was very high. Really there food doesn't worth the price Posted on October 14, 2012 |

★★★★★ Clean , home made style awesome desi food. Shan masala made though :) The serving size is great and meals are made fresh. Tastes awesome . Limited BBq variety though. One thing they can improve on is to have a full time server vs asking one of their kids to look after the guests. Posted on February 11, 2012 |

★★★★☆ I would recommend the buffet to everyone! My husband and I have gone there for lunch twice so far and the food has been fresh and hot! The naan bread is always served fresh and it is never hard, always soft and yummy! The service keeps getting better. Very nice workers. Our cups of water never went empty, and the lady even refilled our naan for us from the buffet which was very nice! I love the fact that we always see the workers themselves eating from the buffet. This shows us that the food is nice and clean! Overall a very good experience both times. And we will definitely be returning! Posted on December 3, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ The food was good but the service was atrocious. We were waited on by a child. She had no idea what ws on the menu and was unable to explain what a few menu items were. The food however was excellent but they gypt us on nan bread. However the bread was delicious. Posted on November 26, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ Tried the place after someone giving me good review on it, but I found it to be pretty average overall. Nice decore, but food was Ok. Naans were fresh and hot on the table, not too thick, just the way we like it ,but tandoori chick pcs were dry. Posted on November 13, 2011 |

★★★★☆ The entrance of the restaurant is in a steep slope so watch out when coming in. The restaurant is pretty small with maybe 3 tables being able to seat more then 9 people which might just meet with clinging chairs back to back, and huge tacky rainforest theme vases filled with similar huge flowers and fluted pipes pointing out placed out on the middle of your table which make it hard to see people around your table in a bright maroon red painted room. The food is on a three large tray containers warmer tables. The salad bar has a huge hotel pan of chopped lettuce, sliced onion, and tomatoes, tossed in layers, hammus that perhaps lacked salt, fresh lemon, and a drizzle of fruity olive oil, tamarind chutney, Pakistani style pickles with spices in oil, and green chutney with a nice hint of chillies and fresh green coriander.
The main entree started with naan and poories, warm and fresh and the servers did a pleasant job of refilling as soon as they saw it getting somewhat empty. The naans had butter brushed on it and had a soft warm and sort of chewy texture and the poories where somewhat along the same line (keep in mind that poories are made differently in every region, in any part of the world), plain white rice and very flavorful biryani with very tender bone in chicken pieces. The biryani had perfect amount of heat and spices to flavor the biryani and though I never saw it get refilled, it never really did finish either and stayed warm in the steam trays. Paya, cholay, creamy moong daal, bhendi with tomatoes and slice sautéed onions, palak paneer, buttery chicken makani, chicken kadai in a very flavorful rich tomato gravy, and kata kat with rich spicy peppery flavors made up for the odd tacky decor. The chicken tikka was flavorful, and spicy with a perfect amount heat and char grilling. The chicken wasn't refilled for a while until they came up with chicken botti ( cubes grilled pieces) that came a little over half an hour. The first batch was tender and juicy and spicy while the second batch that came put pretty quick wasnt tender and you would need to give a good long chew to gulp thr meat down so i believe the consistency is not really in level. The dessert was fresh fruit(cantaloupes), and carrot kheer called as gajrella which was very creamy, with perfect amount of cardamon and rice to make it thick and smooth. The food was overall very nice and out server was a pleasant addition to the good meal.
We went as a family of 9 people on a busy sunday labor day weekend and we enjoyed and are definitely coming back in hopes of finding the same food as well as the wonderful server.
Do visit this place and form your own opinion, and I am sure you will equally enjoy the pleasant atmosphere as well as the food while ignoring the odd bold wall paints and decor. Posted on September 4, 2011 |

★★★★★ I am a traveler (mainly from NY where desi halal food is not a problem) This restaurant is amazing. The food taste fantastic and it is not expensive. Service is very friendly. I highly recommend this place for lunch or dinner. Do try their Chana Masala :) Posted on June 29, 2011 |

★★★★★ I had their lunch buffet today. While it is not the biggest buffet (in terms of number of items) I've ever seen, it is one of the best tasting ones I have ever had. And I've tried halal food all over the country. The kicker is that its for $7.99 (weekdays)!
Strongly recommended! Posted on June 27, 2011 |
