★★★★★ Really friendly owners. They say chicken and beef is halal. They currently close at 7:00 p.m and close on Mondays but food is awesome. Posted on April 13, 2017 |

★☆☆☆☆ Avoid; Dark, Damp, Dirty and Rude...owner would not let guests to use their bathroom. Did a quick check and place was cited for many health concerns. Check it out: http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2009/04/29/AR2009042901668_2.html?sub=AR Posted on April 22, 2013 |

★★★★☆ I went here once about 3 years ago, so my review is a bit dated:
Things were good. Owner was very friendly. Food tasted well. Prices were pretty good for the area. No complaints. Not exactly the cleanest and most visually appealing place out there. Posted on January 17, 2013 |

★★☆☆☆ Gyro was not that tasty and served lukewarm. Customer service needs serious improvement if they expect to do well. Posted on December 21, 2010 |

★★★☆☆ Been here once and the food was fair but nothing to write home about. You could probably make the same quality stuff at home for much less. Posted on July 10, 2010 |

★☆☆☆☆ It is sad to have part of our hard working brethrens to have to eat unsafe food. This is not to be critical but it’s the truth. Local news paper “The Washington Post” listed this establishment as failing health inspection.
To be unbias and truthful, here is the link:

★★☆☆☆ Been to the restaurant once for their pasta and the place is very small. I ordered the calzone and the cheese/sauce was not anything exciting. My friend’s pizza was slightly burnt at the edges. I gave them another shot buy ordering delivery for lunch and it took them a good hour before they arrived and the store I work at and it is only about five blocks away. Very disappointed and will not repeat. Posted on April 10, 2009 |

★★★★★ I work in Georgetown so I was glad to see this new (two month old) restaurant open. Before ordering, I confirmed several things with the employees and owner:
- They said all food is Halal (pepperoni is halal beef, ham is halal turkey).
- They are of Algerian descent.
- They spoke Arabic and said "In Sha Allah" and other Islamic sayings.
Of course, those three things aren't 100% guarantees, but they were good enough for me.
The menu is very diverse with everything from Buffalo wings to pasta & pizzas to gyros & sandwiches. I had the gyro and chicken wrap, which were very good. I highly recommend the restaurant. Posted on December 17, 2007 |
