★★☆☆☆ Food: 2/5
I recently ordered $20 worth of food from Sacrificial Lamb using a seamless web groupon. My order consisted of Chicken Tikka Masala, Garlic Naan, and Samosas.
I received meager helpings of tasteless chicken tikka masala which only had 4 pieces of meat while being mostly green bell peppers. The garlic naan I ordered came as plain naan. The 2.25 each samosas were the only decent thing on the menu. To make matters worse, I ended up having some stomach issues after the food and because I was fasting it could not have been anything else I ate. Definitely will not return here again.
Delivery: 0/5
I prepaid my tip with the on line purchase and when my food arrived, the delivery man called me and told me to come outside because he was here. In my neighborhood it is standard practice to come to the row house door. He refused and I waited till he came up. Posted on August 25, 2011 |

★★★★☆ I recently visited for the first time. It's a hole in the wall type if place in a basement, kinda gives a dirty feeling to it. Not that the kitchen is dirty, just be prepared for how it looks. I got the lamb biryani. It was good, although a little light on the lamb for $10. Plenty of outdoor seating, hardly any inside. Get it to go and eat in dupont circle. Posted on July 5, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ Gyro platter and chicken pizza are both average. Nothing spectacular, but not bad either. Was assured all meat served here is Halal and it's stated on the menu too. Definitely a take-out place. Posted on January 4, 2011 |

★★★☆☆ This restaurant opened in the Fall of 2009, and I've been here a few times. The seekh kabobs are decent, but not spectacular. The sides/veggies are also decent. They supposedly have seekh kabob pizza, which I haven't tried yet. Overall, it's not bad for the District, though it can't compare to the Northern Virginia kabob houses. It does have a great name, though. Posted on April 24, 2010 |
