★★★★☆ I actually have ordered quite a few times from Türkis. Their shawarmas are top and are worth their price (3-4€). The other food, however, tends to be slightly overpriced. Of course it depends on what you order- turkish dishes are just fine, but if you order italian pasta, or such, you will be disappointed. Also, the food tends to be too fatty sometimes. What I can absolutely recommend are the platters- they contain of different meat servings and are indeed really tasty. There are always french fries availably for children. The pastries and desserts are good, but again the turkish ones are better. Unfortunately, the most beautiful upper half of the restaurant is the smoker's lounge, so I would recommend to sit downstairs or in the "Schanigarten" (places outside, on the street) if you are a non-smoker. The restaurant also offers a Ramadan buffet whenever there is Ramadan. Much to my dismay, the restaurant also serves alcohol. The service personnel is really polite and well trained. Regarding the halal status: they have a banner of their halal butcher on the back- however, the cooks themselves don't know much about where their meat comes from, and were not sure about the ham for the pizzas. So reconfirm the halal/zabiha butching when buying pizzas. For Muslims, this is a great place to try out "Schnitzel" from chicken. All in all, Alhamdullilah, a fine Mulsim dining place.
