★★☆☆☆ The service is a complete mess. There's only one person serving everyone. Like a 'one man army'. And the army is also very weak, if u know what I'm talking about. Food is just average. The ambience is great though. Reasonably priced for it's location... Posted on January 1, 2011
★★★☆☆ Ok! here is the disadvantage of being compared to a benchmark. There are 2 indian buffets who sell halal in Downtown T.O. and this is one of them, proximity to Toronto Masjid steps away. If you compare it with Kathmandu, this place is pinned down a bit. Although, the seating arrangement is nice carpeted, spacious area for sitting and food but the quality of food mmmmm.........The food is OILY! All of it! They have a noodle and fried rice, for what? I dont have an idea. Only 3 meat items in Lunch buffet, 1 chicken masala which was chicken curry full of oil, 1 grilled chicken - good but the mutton-- please dont try, you will be greatly disappointed as the meat stinks. 5 vegetables all oily with an average taste. Rice is of good and premium quality. Only 2 sweets, custard and kheer thats it. Taste is mild so if you really want to eat a lot being eat all you can, go to this place. They dont serve Alcohol and the service is very good. Choice is yours Posted on February 8, 2008
