★★★★★ I have been craving Moroccan food for a long time now, and I was excited when I finally got the chance to come here. The owners, two sisters, are exceedingly sweet and hospitable, as the name suggests. I was hoping to get one of their couscous dishes, given that it was a Friday ("couscous day" in Morocco), but one of the sisters advised me that the servings would be way too large for just one person. I decided instead to go with their chicken sandwich and fries. The chicken sandwich was wonderfully spiced (but not spicy, although I'm sure you can ask for them to make it so), with lettuce and roasted red peppers wrapped in flatbread (I don't normally like roasted red peppers, but these really went well with the sandwich). The fries were okay, just your basic shoestring fries. The mint tea (atay b'nana) was awesome, sweet and freshly made. The décor is very basic, but the food definitely makes up for it. Insha'Allah I will come here again, this time with friends so that we can order some couscous! Posted on January 10, 2014 |

★☆☆☆☆ The server gave us no attention and instead focused on the other customers, maybe because they we're trying to get as many regular US non Muslim clientele as possible. There was only one high chair in the restaurant so children had to be fed in their strollers. No salam greeting. Food was decent but expensive and the service was lousy. They also did not let us pray maghrib there even though there was space so we prayed outside in a car park. We will not be going back to this place. Posted on April 27, 2015 |

★★★★☆ Good food. Must go if you want to try something new. Portions were very good. If you wouldnt like to experiment and have more of a Mediterranean or South Asian likings in food, this is not for you. Again, great restaurant! Good food!! Posted on July 4, 2014 |

★★★★★ Their lamb dish was just awesome. Chicken dishes are okay. Fridays they have couscous. I highly recommend this place.
If you're more than 2 or 3 people in your party, be sure to call ahead.
Note to previous reviewer: There is a masjid less than a mile away if you wanted to pray. Posted on September 7, 2013 |

★★☆☆☆ The service is good. The food arrived piping hot. The lamb couscous was short on lamb and was mostly couscous. The roast chicken tagine presentation was great, but was extremely, extremely salty. I think they botched the order this time, to be fair.
The owner didn't let me pray maghrib in the restaurant even though there was not a single customer in the restaurant. This has never happened before in America, even non-Muslim owned restaurants. Had to go pray in the street. Posted on June 29, 2013 |
