Crimean Tatar cuisine is very rich and diverse. The basis of it is flour, meat, legumes and vegetable dishes. Among different kinds of meat a preference is given to lamb and beef. However, no event is complete without yazma, penyr and traditional chebureks, kebabs, yantyk, kobete, burmas and tatar-ash you can resist to taste.
