NR I have never been to this restaurant. so i am not writing a review but wanted to know few things about this restaurant food. it's my daughter's birthday coming and i called this restaurant and gave my order which is hyderabadi biryani, tandoori chicken and kebabs. so i would be glad if you guys tell me how is tandoori chicken and kababs there? ★★★★☆ Good lamb biryani. I was there last week and picked up biryani, having read some reviews here. the owner is a very kind and trusting gentleman. since I ordered six biryanis (3 chicken+3 Lamb) he also packed some bagarey baingan for us. Both the baingan and the biryani was excellent. I will rate the lamb biryani a very close second to Silverspoons lamb biryani, but it is much cheaper and the quantity and the meat content was very generous. The lamb was not full of gristle as in some other places. Next time I am there, I will try a few other dishes. In terms of cleanliness, this place needs improvement. I fear the health authorities may close him down if they pay him a visit. However the owner did say that he was looking for a new place to move too. He took over this site from an Afghani restaurant. Watch out! great potential here and certainly the know how to give Silverspoon a good run for their money. Its really cheap and the taste is just spectacular..however dont order the chilli chicken,though they say its their specialty, in my opinion, its not..just regular chicken curry with red colouring in it.. but otherwise, go see them, great food, and prices.
