NR I called this place to verify it was Zabihah. While they did say they were, the lady started marketing the place by saying they have live belly-dancing and music performances. It is unfortunate they have non-halal entertainment. I choose not to go and would recommend not going (at least not after lunch time). Posted on May 8, 2010
★★★☆☆ This place used to be called Saffron, but is now Kandoo. Everything looks pretty much the same, although they had closed for a few days for some renovations. The $9.99 buffet is a good deal. They have a pretty good variety of kabobs, rice, soup and salad. Meat items are a little bland for my taste, but not bad. Verbal assurance from staff that the meat is halal. The persian tea (extra fee) is pretty good. They did not have any dessert item at the buffet last time I went. They have a banquet and stage area and also serve alcohol here. Posted on January 1, 2010
