★★★★☆ Tasty food, generous portions, open till late but every night they would run out of one meat or the other (we ate there 4-5 days in a row)...sandwiches much better than the platters...better value for money esp if u get the 2 for $9 deal...overall not a bad place if u eat on the go, esp in downtown .. ★★★★★ Very close to our hotel while attending a conference. Convenient, fast, clean and service was good. The prices for lunch were also very reasonable. Don't see why it's rated as $$$. Should be $$ as sandwiches were around $6-$9 range.
Food was good- not amazing but good. Posted on October 27, 2013 |

★★★☆☆ Visited this place along with two other families (group of 12) around 11:30PM as everything else was closed in the city and this probably was the only halal place open at that time. The host was extremely nice and even offered to give us his parking spot in front of his restaurant. He was very courteous and prepared fresh food for us - probably he wasn't expecting a group of 12 at that time:). He gave us humus and naans as we waited for our order and this was on the house. While we were having dinner, he asked couple of times if everything was OK and if we needed something more. The portions were very generous and I would recommend ordering only one plate if you have a small appetite. The taste of food was OK and rates were reasonable too.
I would recommend this place if you're in town and want to have a casual dinner late night. Posted on July 10, 2010 |

★☆☆☆☆ I don't know where to start form. First, the taste is very bland and not fresh, sizes are ok. the owners (mother and daughter) are unfriendly and dressed extremely inappropriately as if I am entering a bar or something. They are not even Turkish they are Iraqis and they didn't speak Arabic I believe either Kurdi or Assyrian (I asked the mother where they came from). The place is extremely small it can barely fit 5 people. Our order was probably the biggest they have ever gotten and yet they didn't bother to say thank you for coming. I am not really sure if they are really halal or not. Seriously, their website made me expect a much better place than this. I will never come to this place again. I don't know why muslim business owners have businesses like these and call it halal if anything it is the complete opposite. what a shame Posted on June 28, 2010 |

★★☆☆☆ I did not like this restaurant. Shwarma was very dry.Saw the cook touching his face and cutting the shwarma!!!!The cook must train more how to serve safe food and handle the food. Hope the owners will train him more.... It is like fast food place, very tight , narrow hall.Paper plates and plastic spoons. No parking.:( Very difficult to park. Just a writing saying Halal but no proof.Hope the owners will improve the place.Inshallah they will do better. But not going back as long as it is dirty. Posted on August 26, 2009 |

★★★★☆ There is no alcohal being served at this place. Also there is a Halal verification sign posted on the window. I think this is a great halal place in the middle of downtown. You can go to Horton plaza and eat here. Posted on July 24, 2009 |

★★★☆☆ The food at this place is pretty good. I've been there a few times and spoke with the owner. He assured me that the meat was all halal. As far as I know, they did not serve alcohol but being that this place is located in downtown and open until 3am it's possible that people brought from outside. Parking is definitely an issue because of the location downtown. Posted on June 28, 2009 |
